Eligibility: Master’s students, Doctoral candidates, and Post-doctoral researchers (within 3 years of their PhD defense) are welcome to apply.

Presentation style: 20 minutes for presentation + dedicated time for expert feedback and Q & A.

Attendance: Presentations must be delivered onsite only. One co-author may attend/participate online if necessary, but the primary presenter must attend in person.

Multiple submission: You may submit two different abstracts to the conference, one to the General Session and one to the YSF.

Submission process: Abstracts must be submitted via the SciencesConf submission system. Please select the track "Young Scholars Forum"

Deadline for submission: February 28, 2026 midnight (GMT+1), same as the EACL13 General Session.
